I went to a beer tasting yesterday at a successful northern California craft brewery. There were plentiful pours, but nothing to munch on. When one particularly flavorful beer was served, a couple of the people I was sitting near started a conversation about beer and food. It went like this:
News Flash… It’s official: craft beer complements food every bit as well as wine does, and craft beer sales growth is outpacing other beverage alcohol categories.
Then how come so many fine dining restaurants in this country have great wine lists but don’t have beer lists?
